The employee overview

You can find an overview of all your employees in the employee section. Click on HRM, and you will automatically land on the employee overview page.

Here, you can see various details, such as the number of hours worked by the employee within a specified period, the projects they are assigned to, the costs, and the revenues associated with each employee. You can also view the billability of your employees. By customizing the columns, you can tailor the overview to your preferences.

Additionally, you're able to add new employees and set their contracts.

The team overview

You can also add employees to a team. This allows you to quickly and easily add a whole group of people to projects and appoint a team manager who can approve hours for the team if desired.
