It is very easy to automatically display all the hours you have planned and/or registered in your Outlook or Google calendar, among others. You only need to copy your personal iCalendar URL from TimeChimp and add it to your own calendar.

Before you begin, check if your calendar is suitable for this. Below is a list of the most commonly used calendars that are supported:

  • Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Apple Calendar

To find your TimeChimp calendar (iCalendar) URL, go to the user menu in the top right and navigate to My profile -> My settings -> Calendar connections.

Next, copy the full URL and add it to your favorite calendar. You can choose to display planned hours, registered hours, or both in your calendar.

Google Calendar

In Google, you do this at: Other calendars -> From URL.

Microsoft Outlook

In Outlook (via the browser), you do this at: Add calendar -> From directory (or From internet).

Apple Calendar

In Apple Calendar, you do this at: File > New Calendar Subscription.

Please note: The calendar connection is not real time. There (usually) is a

2-hour delay.
