When I cancel my subscription, what happens to my data?

It is possible that after cancelling your account, you may still need information for your records. Please read below to find out where you can locate that information.

Cancelling your account

First of all, we're sorry to hear that you're considering cancelling your subscription with TimeChimp. We would like to know the reason because customer feedback is very important to us! You can find information on how to cancel your subscription here.

Your account data

After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to your paid features for the remainder of your billing period. You can find the exact end date on your most recent invoice.

Please note: The 'Subscription' page in your settings will no longer be accessible after cancellation. Since this page also contains all your past invoices, please make sure to download them before you cancel.

After the end date of your subscription, your account will be converted to a free account. With this account, you will still have access to the 'Overviews' module for 180 days. This allows you to view and export all your recorded entries for up to 180 days after termination.

You will no longer have access to other pages in TimeChimp, such as 'Projects', 'Financial', and 'Relations', after your subscription ends. If you need any information from these sections, please ensure you export it before the end date.
