Where can I find my TimeChimp Invoice?
You can always find the invoices we have sent under Settings > Subscription. To do this, go to the gear icon in the top right corner, click on Subscription, and find your invoices there. You can easily download them as PDF.
We also always send the invoices via email. On the subscription page, you can see the email address to which the invoices are sent.

The direct debit has failed, what now?
It can happen that a direct debit fails. We always attempt to re-debit after five working days from the first attempt. To ensure that everything goes smoothly next time, it is useful to check if any of the following points apply. The most common reasons for a failed direct debit are:
Insufficient balance: Make sure you have sufficient balance in your account, and we will try again in five working days.
Bank does not support SEPA: If your bank does not support SEPA payments, you can now also pay by credit card.
SEPA restriction from your bank: You may have set a maximum limit for SEPA authorizations, which may prevent us from debiting. No problem, we will try again. It's a good idea to check with your bank to ensure the restriction is correctly set. π
Bank account does not exist or is closed: If you have recently changed banks, you need to update your information in your TimeChimp account so that the invoicing can be completed.
How do I change my bank account number?
If you need to change the bank account number from which TimeChimp debits the subscription fees, you can do it yourself in your TimeChimp account. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the gear icon.
2. Click on Subscription.
3. Select 'Edit' next to your bank account number.

How do I change the billing address on my invoice?
If the billing address of your organization changes, you can update it yourself in your TimeChimp account. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the gear icon.
2. Click on Subscription.
3. Select 'Edit' next to your billing information.
