How to setup the integration between Pipedrive and TimeChimp

How to easily integrate Pipedrive with Timechimp and make your life a lot easier by not having to enter your data twice every time.

About Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a web-based CRM software that allows businesses to manage their sales process. It provides tools for lead and deal management and is user-friendly and customizable to individual needs. Pipedrive is used worldwide by sales teams, small businesses, and startups.

What can you export to Pipedrive?

It is possible to easily and quickly import your customers from Pipedrive.

Activating the integration

You can activate the integration in the App Center. You can find this under Settings > App Center, then click on the Pipedrive app.

You will be redirected to Pipedrive to install the integration. Use your Pipedrive login to log in.

Login and Click on 'Allow and Install' to proceed with the installation.

After installation, you will be redirected to the Pipedrive settings in TimeChimp.

Do you want your customers to be automatically imported into TimeChimp? Indicate this under Settings > Pipedrive. If desired, your (new) customers will be automatically imported into TimeChimp every night.

Importing customers

After the integration has been set up, you can import customers from Pipedrive to TimeChimp.

To do this, go to Gear icon > Import/Export and select Pipedrive. Your customers will now be imported and added to TimeChimp.

Think of your customer number as their passport to travel between Pipedrive and TimeChimp. So, if you don't want them to get stuck at the border, make sure their passport number is the same in both places! Make sure the customer number is equal in both systems.

Import successful? Then you will find the imported customers under Contacts -> Customers.
