When creating / editing a project, you can choose different methods for invoicing your project via 'Invoicing' tab.

Recalculation

  • Hourly rate per Task

Specify different hourly rates per task (for example: Marketing = €90, Analysis = €100, Development = €120). When you have checked this choice, you will see an extra column when you add your activities where you can add hourly rates.

  • Hourly rate per Employee

Specify different hourly rates per employee (for example: Fabienne = €100, Jan = €110 ). When you have checked this choice, when you add your employees (team) you will see an extra column where you can enter this.

  • Hourly rate per Project

Specify a fixed hourly rate for each employee and activity. When you have checked this, a new field appears under this choice where you can specify the project hourly rate.

  • Hourly rate per Client

Use the standard hourly rate for the customer (for each employee and activity). You can specify this when creating / editing the client. Go to Manage-> Clients.

Fixed price

  • Project rate

Use a fixed rate (regardless of how many hours) for the entire project (for example: € 15,000). When you have checked this, a new field appears under this choice where you can specify the rate.

  • Task rate

Use a fixed rate (regardless of how many hours) per task (for example: Marketing = € 5,000, Analysis = € 10,000). When you have checked this choice, when you add your employees (team) you will see an extra column where you can enter this.

Recurring term amounts

  • Subscription

Use a subscription if you want to invoice the client a fixed amount every period (this can be per week, month, quarter or year). Also view the status of your subscription exactly in your project dashboard (if you have spent more / less than invoiced).
