In this article, we explain the steps you need to take if your colleague does not receive the email invitation.

It's natural for an email to sometimes not arrive. What steps should you take in that case?

  1. Check the email address

    First things first, let's check that email address. It may seem like we're stating the obvious here, but you'd be surprised at how often people misspell a crucial address. So, make sure to double-check it and confirm that everything is in order.

    1. Is the email address correct? Then move on to step 2.

    2. Is the email address incorrect? Delete the user and create the user again with the correct email address. The employee will then receive the invitation.

  2. Check the spam folder.

    The email address is correct, but the email still hasn't arrived. Check the spam folder to see if it's ended up there.

    • If the email is in the spam folder, move it to the inbox to ensure that future emails arrive.

    • If the email is not in the spam folder, move on to step 3.

  3. Contact support.

    When all else fails, it's time to call in the big guns 😉. Simply contact our support team via the chat button located at the bottom right of your screen. Make sure to provide them with:

    • The name of the employee who did not receive the email

    • The email address of the employee who did not receive the email
