Welcome to TimeChimp! This article provides tips on how you can optimally organize your own TimeChimp environment. In this article we will go through the tabs organization, general, regional, times, holidays, import, export and the API.

In the basis of TimeChimp you have standard access to the following functionalities. Click per functionality to read more about it.

Depending on the activated modules, you will see a settings tab for each module. Click on the name of the module to quickly proceed to the correct article.

Import

  • Import demo data Load demo data to view the value of TimeChimp by means of example activities and the like.
  • Clean account If, for example, your trial period is over and you want an empty environment and want to delete all your test data. This can be done at the touch of a button.
    Note! Employees in teams and the organization data at general settings > organization will not be deleted.
  • CSV / Excel Import employees, hours, customers and / or projects here. Click per topic to read more about importing.

Export

  • Export data here to an external package such as NMBRS or Loket.
