  • Round timer Set the way in which the time registration is completed when hours are registered with the timer. Choose round up, nearest or round down.
  • Description (billable hours) required Here you indicate that it is only mandatory for billable hours to write a description.
Note! If you do not want non-billable hours to have a description, make sure that the option Description required is set to NO.
  • Standard schedule Here you enter for all employees how many hours they have to register per day. This schedule can be overruled at employee level (teams > employees > edit employee > schedule).
Note! Do you work with Approval? And if you have 'Maximum Billable Hours' enabled in the approval module (General Settings > Approve: 'Employees can only submit their hours if the total amount of billable hours per day is not more than indicated in their schedule'.) Then the schedule applies.
