Round timer Set the way in which the time registration is completed when hours are registered with the timer. Choose round up, nearest or round down.
Description (billable hours) required Here you indicate that it is only mandatory for billable hours to write a description.
Note! If you do not want non-billable hours to have a description, make sure that the option Description required is set to NO.
Standard schedule Here you enter for all employees how many hours they have to register per day. This schedule can be overruled at employee level (teams > employees > edit employee > schedule).
Note! Do you work with Approval? And if you have 'Maximum Billable Hours' enabled in the approval module (General Settings > Approve: 'Employees can only submit their hours if the total amount of billable hours per day is not more than indicated in their schedule'.) Then the schedule applies.
