Employee related matters are all grouped into Teams. We have divided teams into three different parts:

  • Employees,
  • Teams,
  • Employments.

Below we explain the different parts.

Employees
Here you will find, among other things, how many hours the employee has worked in a specified period, for which projects, what the costs are and the revenues per employee.

You can also add employees here and manage their settings.

Teams
Add employees to a team so you can quickly and easily select the right team for a project.

Employments
Here you enter the conditions of employment for one or more persons. You determine:

  • the name of the employment,
  • whether overtime applies,
  • and whether certain surcharges apply outside of regular hours.

By entering a surcharge rule, the correct costs are automatically made transparent and the employee receives the correct payment.
